Twenty-four teams have qualified for EURO 2024. Tournament Structure
The tournament will follow a knockout format, with the 24 teams divided into six groups of four. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage, which will consist of the round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals, and final.
Defending Champions
Italy are the defending champions, having won the UEFA EURO 2020 tournament. They will be looking to defend their title and become the first team to win back-to-back European Championships since Spain in 2008 and 2012.
